Lucky Ducky Productions is an independent film and television studio based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We develop and produce bold, character-driven stories that move between cultures and genres.
Founded by Anya and Justin Blaney, the studio brings together deep storytelling instincts with production experience spanning commercials, short films, music videos, and narrative features.
Our focus is on projects that feel urgent and alive — stories rooted in real places, driven by complex characters, and built to resonate with global audiences.
We are currently in development on our debut feature, Lorna La Patrona, with additional projects in early stages.

Co-Founder · Writer · ProducerBorn in Kyiv and raised in New Jersey, Anya is an environmental journalist and ghostwriter whose work has appeared in Fortune, Inc., and Forbes. She optioned her first screenplay at 23 and brings a distinctive voice shaped by cross-cultural experience and investigative storytelling.

Co-Founder · Director · ProducerA Los Angeles native who has led crews of 100+ on set, Justin is a bestselling novelist, commercial director, and music video filmmaker. His work spans narrative features, award-winning short films, and productions shot across four continents.
